Kim Campbell
Part-Time Instructor History- Biography
Kim Campbell is a public historian, historic preservationist, and museum professional currently living in Savannah who is currently Senior Project Manager at Ethos Preservation. Before joining Ethos in 2022, Kim served as the Director of Interpretation and Preservation with the Coastal Georgia Historical Society and managed the World War II Home Front Museum from its grand opening. She previously served as the Director of Preservation Field Services at Historic Macon Foundation; before moving back to Georgia, Kim worked as a National Register of Historic Places contractor for the Historic Columbia Foundation. She holds a master’s degree in public history with a concentration in historic preservation and a certificate of museum management from the University of South Carolina, as well as a bachelor’s degree in history from Mercer University in Macon. Kim's work has been published by the National Council on Public History as well as in the South Carolina Historical Quarterly.
